These are photographs developed with various techniques across many different telescope platforms by repeatedly collecting light for minutes at a time from deep space. The light ranges from visible and narrow band to IR and UV.
Shot on various platforms from remote controlled telescopes in the American Southwest to the Hubble Space Telescope. Each image is a stack of multiple exposures, anywhere from a few minutes to hundreds of hours of total integration time. I primarily collect individual red, green, and blue channels or Hydrogen-alpha, Oxygen III, and Sulfur II narrow band data in order to produce the colors you see here.
Prints are available on request. I've found that matte finishes offer the best treatment of these photos.
